About Us

Our passion has and always will be to support children and young adults with complex needs to a high standard. We want to ensure individuals are understood and supported with dignity and respect.

We have witnessed parents and carers get crash courses on diagnostic pathways, legislation and medical terminology to advocate for their children. Families are fighting for their children’s basic rights and are met with mammoth hurdles along the way. Within this journey, they can lose their own identity (and sometimes sanity).

We want to impact services offered to ensure they are accessible to higher support needs and more complex diagnoses, so families don’t have to fight or manage it alone. More importantly, we want to see consistent high standards of care to positively impact the quality of life to our most complex and vulnerable children.
